Rubber Hose is one of main product of SUNHOSE. The rubber hose is divided into one layer of braiding , two layers of braiding and stainless steel wire weaving. Different hoses can be customized according to different needs.

1. Water delivery Rubber hose: suitable for general water delivery, use under -30 ℃ --  80 ℃ environment.

2. Air Rubber hose: it is suitable for conveying compressed air and inert gas, and it is used under the environment of -30 ℃ --   80 ℃.

3. Oil resistant Rubber hose: it is suitable for conveying conventional petroleum, and it is used under the environment of -20 ℃ --  70 ℃.

4. High temperature resistant Rubber hose: suitable for conveying water below 100 ℃.

5. Steam Rubber hose: suitable for transporting hot water or saturated steam below 170 ° C.

6. Acid and alkali resistant  Rubber hoses: transport dilute acid and alkali solutions with a concentration below 40%, and use them at -20 ° C --  45 ° C.

7. Sand blasting Rubber hose: suitable for wind pressure sand blasting and rust removal and sanding of metal surfaces.

Most rubber hoses are non-toxic and environmentally friendly, but some oil and gas rubber hoses with higher requirements have added flame retardants to rubber materials. The flame retardants contain toxic and harmful substances that will have a slight impact on the human body and the atmosphere.
