High pressure hydraulic hose may occur in the failure and treatment
1. Cracks appear on the surface of the high pressure hydraulic hose: in the cold environment, cracks appear on the outer surface of the hydraulic hose and cause the hydraulic hose to be bent. If there is a crack on the surface of the hydraulic hose, it is necessary to observe whether the glue in the hose is cracked and decide whether to replace the hose immediately. Therefore, do not arbitrarily move the hose or remove the hydraulic system in a cold environment. If necessary, do it indoors.
2. Blisters appear on the outer surface of the high pressure hydraulic hose: Blisters appear on the outer surface of the hydraulic hose because the quality of the hydraulic hose is unqualified or improperly used. If bubbling occurs in the middle section of the hydraulic hose, the production quality of the hydraulic hose is mostly a problem. The qualified hose should be replaced in time. If the bubbling occurs at the joint of the hose, it may be due to improper installation of the joint. Steel wire braiding, winding hydraulic hose joints and rubber hydraulic hose joints are detachable, buckle type two forms, detachable joint jacket and joint core has a hexagonal shape, the outer core of the joint core is conical, easy to disassemble the hydraulic hose. After the connector core is connected with the nut, the steel wire is inserted to prevent loosening. The crimping hydraulic hose joint consists of the joint jacket and the joint core. When assembling, the outer rubber layer needs to be peeled off, the joint is connected to the core, the joint jacket is tightened, and then the special equipment is used to clamp the mold, so that the rubber hydrauilc hose is compressed to a certain degree to achieve tightness. connection.
3. The high pressure hydraulic hose is not broken but a lot of oil seepage: If the hydraulic hose is not broken but a lot of oil is leaked, the reason is that when the hydraulic hose passes through high-pressure liquid flow, the inner rubber is eroded and scratched until the large area leaks out of the wire layer. A lot of seepage. This fault usually occurs at the bend of the hydraulic hose. Check the replacement hydraulic hoseand make sure that the bend radius of the hydraulic hose meets the technical requirements in use.
4. The outer rubber layer of the high pressure hydraulic hose is seriously degenerated and the surface appears micro-cracking: this is the performance of natural aging when the hydraulic hose is used for too long. Due to aging and deterioration, the outer layer is continuously oxidized to embrittle the surface layer, and the embrittlement layer is deepened with the passage of time. As long as the hydraulic hose is slightly bent during use, micro cracks may occur. In this case, replace the hose.
