How to judge the quality of Rubber Hose

1. Check the surface smooth and flat. If there are bubbles, bumps, sponges, trachoma, etc., it means that the rubber hose is not good;

2. Bend the hose by hand, the hose with strong elasticity has better quality;
3. Check the reinforcement layer of the steel wire is arranged regularly, use a knife to remove the outer rubber. The hose with a neat and smooth surface of the steel wire is the best product;
4. Look at the cross-section, if the inner hole and the steel wire layer are round, and whether the inner rubber layer and the outer rubber layer are uniforms in thickness. It is not that the thicker of the outer, the better quality of the hose;
5. Use nails or a knife to cut the inner and outer glue to see if it is strong, good quality of the rubber， that is cut off has a strong rebound;

6. The smell of inside and outside glue is pungent,  the rubber hose is a reclaimed rubber product,  the quality is not as reliable as synthetic rubber products.
