Install, the hose in a correct way is very important, it will affect the hose’s appearance and cost a lot while it is too long, but if the hose is too short, it can’t flex while being crushed. Both too long and too short can break down the hose. So pay more attention to the following guide before you install the assembly.

1. Since the hose may change in length from+2%--4% under the surge of high pressure, provide sufficient slack for expansion and contractions.

2. The hose should not be twisted . The hose is weakened when installed in a twisted position.Also, pressure in twisted hose tends to loosen fittings connections. Design so that machine produces bending rather that twistings.

3.The hose bending radius should be as big as possible when it is in motion.
