What Is Rubber Hose?

The rubber hose is available in the fiber braided hose and steel braided hose, consisting of an inner and outer rubber and reinforcement. The inner rubber is black, smooth, synthetic rubber. Reinforcement is high-strength polyester or steel wire braiding and winding, with one or more layers. The cover is black or colorful synthetic rubber with smooth or cloth surface,  wear-resistant, and weather-resistant, with good flexing performance.

Fiber braided hose is suitable for irrigation, gardening, construction, fire fighting, equipment and tanker cleaning, agricultural fertilizer, manure, industrial wastewater drainage. Steel braided hose is suitable for transporting hydraulic fluids such as alcohol, fuel oil, lubricating oil, emulsions, and so on.

 

When choosing a rubber hose to use, it is important to check that the performance of the rubber hose will meet our needs. Pay attention to sudden changes in pressure in the hose or peaks in the working pressure in the pressure survey, which can affect the life of the rubber hose.

 

Every rubber hose has a bending radius. If the bend exceeds this maximum value when installing a rubber hose, it can damage the structure of the rubber hose.  After using the rubber hose, be sure to clean and empty the inside of the hose. If the hose transports corrosive substances, it is recommended to clean the inside of the hose.Before each use, carefully inspect the structure of the hose to ensure that it is not damaged.
